To make a reservation at the Doubletree Hotel, identify yourself under the ASEH 2009 Conference group. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations may be made by either calling a toll-free number at 800.222.8733 or via the Internet. All individual reservations need to be made prior to the cut off date of January 26, 2009.
To reserve rooms via the Internet, visit the DoubleTree website (www.doubletree.com) and type in “Tallahassee” under the city requested and the arrival/departure dates. Scroll down to the section titled “Special Accounts” and type in ASE next to Group/Convention field (only 3 characters allowed). Follow the instructions to make a new reservation.
