Posters

Instructions for Preparing Posters

Posters should be formatted not to exceed a size of 3’ x 4’ (36 inches across x 48 inches tall - vertical orientation).

The conference site will only allow the use of push-pins or T-pins to affix posters to corkboards; hence, please avoid using thick foam board to mount your posters.

Presenting Posters

Posters will be displayed at the Portland conference from March 11-13, 2010. Presenters will be given the opportunity to discuss their posters on Saturday morning, March 13, 2010, from 10:00 - 10:30.
