Basque Dinner and Raffle at Boise

Fundraising in Boise will include a Basque dinner, with Basque food and musicians, at the Basque Cultural Center, following the plenary session on Thurs., March 13, 2008.

We will also raffle a drawing called “What Lies Beneath,” by local artist Martin Wilke, along with other prizes. The raffle drawing will be held at the reception on Sat. evening, March 15, 2008 (admission is free; there will be a no-host bar). You must be present on Sat. evening to win.

Proceeds will benefit the Travel Grants, which help students and low-income scholars present their work at ASEH conferences, and the Minority Travel Grant, which helps bring non-white scholars to our conferences.
